Supreme Court rules against Apple in dispute over app prices


The Supreme Court in a 5-4 ruling Monday concluded that consumers who believe they’ve overpaid for apps can sue Apple and other app store operators on antitrust grounds.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh, siding with the court’s liberal minority, authored the opinion in the case, Apple v. Pepper.
